Two New Leadership Hires to Kick Off 2023
2023 has only just begun, and the year is already full of good news for ARC Fertility. Several new partner clinics throughout the country are working with us to deliver ideal fertility solutions to help families of all shapes and sizes grow and stay healthy. Our family-forming benefits plan for employers is also expanding, and we are helping organizations in key industries promote diversity and work-life-balance while attracting and retaining top talent.
As we grow, we are always keeping an eye out for how to help our partner clinics thrive, and we are excited to announce that we have added two new members to our leadership team:
Diana Lazuka has joined us as National Sales Executive for the Employer Program, where she will be connecting with employers and broker consultants throughout the United States to provide their employees with access to fertility benefits.
Diana came to ARC Fertility from IVFMD, where she spearheaded business development.
She was previously Director of Practice Growth and Development at Fertility Specialists of Texas and served as Fertility Account Manager at SMP Pharmacy Solutions. Diana is based in the Dallas Area.

We’ve also welcomed Linda Larison as our National Manager for Clinic Partnerships, where she will focus on working with our partner fertility clinics at over 250 locations throughout the United States.
She will also identify and bring on board new top-tier practices to join the ARC Fertility family.
She previously served as Business Development Manager for NxGen MDx, spent nearly four years in business development roles at Progenity, and was the Clinic Manager in the REI/OBGYN Department at the University of Kansas Medical Center for almost a decade. Linda is based in Springfield, Missouri.
Everyone at ARC is excited to have Diana and Linda as part of our team. They will be valuable additions to our team and are sure to improve the overall service that ARC Fertility provides as we all continue to grow together.
