- AGC Scholarship Foundation
AGC Scholarship Foundation is nonprofit group committed to providing both advocacy and financial support for those struggling with infertility in the United States. The AGC Hope Scholarship will give couples who do not have the financial resources to pay for infertility treatments the opportunity to fulfill their dream of becoming parents. - The Cade Foundation
The Tinina Q Cade Foundation (Cade Foundation) is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non profit organization that was started in 2005 to provide information support and financial assistance to help needy infertile families OVERCOME infertility. - Compassionate Care – EMD Serono Fertility Medication Savings Program
The Compassionate Care Program provides eligible patients savings based on income. Eligible patients may save up to 50% off the self-pay price of medicine for EMD Serono’s fertility medications (Gonal-f, Ovidrel, Cetrotide). - ReUnite Assist
ReUnite Assist is a reproductive health financial assistance program for patients undergoing fertility treatments to provide discounts for fertility medications (Follistim & Ganirelix). Military members will receive an automatic 25% discount through ReUnite Assist for Veterans and cancer patients can apply to receive their medications free of charge through ReUnite Oncofertility.
