ARC Fertility Founder will Join Panel on Using Innovative Benefits to Foster Equity and Inclusivity  

Dr. David Adamson, founder and CEO of ARC Fertility, will be appearing as panelist at thINc360 in Baltimore, MD on May 24, 2022. thINC360 is the annual Healthcare Innovation Congress hosted by thINc and including some of the leading minds in healthcare technology and entrepreneurship.  

Dr. Adamson will be taking part in a panel entitled “Innovative Benefits that Promote Equity and Inclusivity While Containing Costs”. This discussion hopes to help attendees gain insights into benefit offerings that both meet employee health and well-being needs and prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).  

Speakers will explore strategies to create a sense of belonging among employees, reinforce the importance of choice in building trust by empowering employees, and create a culture of health in the workplace. Attendees will learn how to engage a diverse, and predominantly remote workforce, including by leveraging new technology. 

The panel will be moderated by Connect Healthcare CEO Sally Pace. Alongside Dr. Adamson, panelists will include Sheri Johnson, Associate Vice President of Billing & Enrollment at Ucare; and Ginger Miller, Director of Health and Benefits at Utz Quality Foods.  

thINc360 2022 is being held on May 22-25 at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor. The panel on Innovative Benefits that Promote Equity and Inclusivity While Containing Costs will take place from 12:15 to 1:00 PM on Tuesday, June 24th.  

In addition to Dr. Adamson’s panel, thINc360 2022 will feature leaders from across the healthcare industry, including experts in health plans, hospital systems, policy, life sciences, academia, and research organizations. Topics will focus on novel approaches with which to advance healthcare transformation.
