Advocacy Day

Members of the ARC team and their fellow infertility advocates meet with Californian Senator Barbara Boxer on Advocacy Day in 2016.

ARC is a proud sponsor of Advocacy Day. Join our efforts to advocate for increased access to infertility care, to grow awareness of infertility and family building, and to oppose legislation that would have a negative impact on families that rely on Assisted Reproductive Technology. Read ARC’s latest blog post to find out more:  “What does personhood mean for IVF?”.

Here are 3 ways you can join us in our Advocacy Day efforts:

  • Participate in the Ferring Match Challenge:
ARC would like to support Resolve’s Access to Care programs by supporting the current Donation Match by Ferring.
In addition to the Ferring Match, ARC Fertility will donate an additional $100 for any ARC member clinic that donates between April 26 and May 18!

  • Letter-writing:
There is a form for individual constituents here.
And a form if you are submitting on behalf of a business as a family building professional here.
The deadline for letter submission is Sunday, May 14.
  • Join us for Advocacy Day in D.C.:
ARC will be sending a team to D.C., and we’d love to see more of you there too! This year RESOLVE and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) are joining forces to bring the most people to Washington, D.C. in the history of this event, to talk to Congress about issues important to our communities. RSVP on the RESOLVE website.
