The cost of tubal anastomosis (reversal) surgery is a factor that discourages many couples from pursuing this alternative. The participating practice can choose to offer a partial option, which would be professional fees only, or ARC will negotiate a discounted fee with the hospital/surgery center and with the anesthesiologist to offer a total package price. Obstetrical and other medical services are not covered as part of this program.
