Dr. Erika Munch provides compassionate and expert care to couples and individuals at Texas Fertility Center San Antonio. Eager to help patients experience the joys of parenthood, Dr. Munch provides customized fertility treatment to each of her patients at our San Antonio fertility center.

About our San Antonio fertility specialist, Dr. Erika Munch

After completing her undergraduate studies at Southwestern University and earning her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine, Dr. Munch earned a certificate from the University of Texas School of Public Health.

Dr. Munch completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine, and then she completed an additional three years of fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. She is board certified in both obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility.

A dedicated clinician and researcher, she has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications, and maintains active membership in the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, ASRM, the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, ACOG, the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society and the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, SREI.

Dr. Munch diagnoses and treats all causes of male and female infertility; her special research interest areas include preimplantation embryologic development and the successful use of single embryo transfer in achieving healthy pregnancies. She enjoys educating patients on all available testing and treatment options, empowering couples to make the best treatment decisions for them and their growing family.
