Although standard in vitro fertilization is able to overcome many fertility problems, its success relies on the woman having an adequate supply of good-quality eggs. For couples who are unable to conceive due to a low ovarian reserve or poor egg quality, IVF with egg donation, offered at our Northern California IVF practice since 1992, is an alternative option.
