After graduating Cum Laude from University of California, Irvine in Biological Science, Dr. Chen furthered her studies at Yale University School of Medicine on scholarship. Afterwards, Dr. Chen completed a rigorous OBGYN residency training at the UCLA Medical Center, followed by a fellowship specializing in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility with the University of Texas, Health Science Center at San Antonio. Having been in practice since 1999, Dr. Chen had been working with esteemed hospitals including the Parkland Memorial Hospital, Kaiser Permanente Medical Centers in L.A. and Woodland Hills, Arcadia Methodist Hospital, San Gabriel Valley Medical Center, and Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese, Dr. Chen passionately emphasizes the importance of individualizing the treatment for each patient. She has helped numerous patients to conceive spontaneously after medical or surgical treatments without doing ovulation induction/intra-uterine insemination or IVF. Hundreds of families have achieved their family dream with Dr. Chen.
