How does the program work?
The cost of all the care you have chosen is calculated at a set pre-packaged, very advantageous price. You can only purchase this package through ARC. The cost of the treatment package can be financed over several years. You can also choose a Refund Guarantee that will give you money back if you don't have a baby (live birth).

What if I only need a few thousand dollars, can I just get the money I need and then pay my doctor directly?
No, when you use the financing plan you must purchase your IVF package and/or pharmaceuticals through our program.

Which packages have the Refund Guarantee option?
You can purchase the Refund Guarantee on the One, Two and Three-cycle or Donor packages. For some of the packages like the One-cycle, Two-cycle and Donor you need to qualify by filling out a program application. ARC does offer a Three-cycle package for which all patients can qualify. What if I purchase a Two-cycle Plus and a Three-cycle Plus and get pregnant on the first cycle, do I get a refund?

No, once you have achieved a live birth, your package is complete and any services remaining are void. (Remember, you are purchasing a three-cycle package at a very discounted rate; if you use all cycles in the package you would receive 3 fresh embryo transfer cycles and 3 frozen/thaw embryo transfer cycles (if you have sufficient frozen embryos) and would not be charged additional fees because you had 6 cycles of treatment.

If I purchase a Three-cycle Plus' with the Refund Guarantee, do I get all my money back?
You will be refunded most, but not all of the money you have paid. The exact cost and the amount you will be refunded will be determined after receiving your ARC Refund Guarantee Application.
