Key accomplishments in pursuit of ARC’s mission include:

Development of a national network of more than 250 leading reproductive specialists, representing 35% of the in vitro fertilization (IVF) market. These leaders in the field of reproductive medicine and surgery have joined ARC in support of common professional goals, to bring infertility services to a wider population in this and other countries.

Creating opportunities to bring predictability and standardization to infertility services through the development of treatment packages. ARC has developed The ARC Fertility Program^®. This program provides standardized services, pre-determined pricing, pharmaceutical packages, consumer financing, and a unique patient refund guarantee, reinsured by Lloyd's of London. This program is possible through ARC’s proprietary algorithms and actuarial analyses for care and pricing, which have taken over 3 years to develop. This program is currently being sold through the company’s website (www.ARCfertility.com), through a national marketing program to business and to consumers and through physicians’ offices. The ARC Fertility Program market is the two million patients who never enter or drop out of fertility care programs for financial reasons. This program allows them to pursue their desire to have a family with the best accredited specialists in the country who have agreed to use our recognized, standardized, yet personalized care plans and who have agreed to be accountable for their results.

ARC is contracting with large national employers through insurance and benefit industry partnerships to provide new market conduits for infertility services. The ARC Fertility Program pays physicians their market-based case rate and does not interfere with their autonomy or the patient- physician relationship, but does analyze outcomes and holds physicians accountable for their results.

ARC has developed consumer tools for use on its website, has an on-line application for The ARC Fertility Program, and has information services to answer patient questions. ARC has completed several important unique tools for its member physicians with such services as: a unique database for comparison of IVF results; ARC has provided content for national health plans, national multimedia portals and other Internet sites to promote its services.

ARC’s clinical research network is being developed to further enhance this advantage and to provide research opportunities for industry. Our unique information database will be used for improvement of clinical results, medical care, and the development of new products and services for consumers, payers and physicians. Initially, these will focus on financial assistance and reimbursement programs for patients and supporting information services to infertility patients.

ARC anticipates that current programs will expand our American network to 350 infertility specialists. We are extending our programs to thousands of obstetricians and gynecologists who provide basic infertility care. ARC can utilize the expertise of its physicians in other disease conditions in the fields of genetics, urogynecology, reproductive surgery, endometriosis, pelvic pain and menopause.

ARC will be uniquely positioned to supply patients, physician training and the organization necessary to perform clinical trials and bring rapid advances in the technology of human genome research and biotechnology to market. IVF laboratories will be the conduit through which advances in stem cell research can be delivered to patients. The ARC Network intends to be the pre-eminent research / clinical trial platform.
