Dr. Surrey is one of the pioneers of In-Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Replacement. He trained in England and assisted in creating the first successful program there, before co-founding the first and foremost program for IVF and Reproductive Medicine in Beverly Hills, Santa Barbara and Ventura.

Dr. Surrey has been board-certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology since 1979. He currently serves as Chief of Gynecologic Surgery and Clinical Chief for the In-Vitro Fertilization Center at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles.

Dr. Surrey is the founder and Medical Director of Reproductive Medicine and Surgery Associates in Ventura, CA, and the Southern California Reproductive Center in Beverly Hills, CA.

He served as President of the largest association of gynecological surgeons, the American Association of Gynecological Laparoscopy, and has been invited to operate for demonstration in 26 countries and invited to speak at 200 lectures worldwide.
