H. Preston Nelson, M.D., F.A.C.O.G. Dr. Nelson is a Board Certified Specialist in Reproductive Endocrinology and Obstetrics/Gynecology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a member of the Society of Reproductive Endocrinologists, the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology, and the Bay Area Reproductive Endocrinologists Society. Dr. Nelson is the director of clinical research at the Fertility Physicians of Northern California. He graduated from Stanford University, U.C. San Diego, and the University of Washington before training in reproductive endocrinology and surgery at the University of California Medical Center in San Francisco. His many honors include the National Institute of Health Fellowship Award and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology Mead Johnson Clinical Research Fellowship.
