Drew V. Moffit, M.D., FACOG, is the co-medical director of the Arizona Reproductive Medicine Specialists, the director of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center and an assistant professor at the University of Arizona. He completed his training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility medicine at the Jones Institute of Reproductive Medicine in Norfolk, Virginia, an institution that pioneered in-vitro fertilization and is one of the largest and most successful programs in the world. Dr. Moffitt has significant clinical experience in assisted reproductive technologies and reproductive surgery.
Dr. Moffitt is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. He is an active member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and serves as an ad-hoc reviewer for the scientific journal, "Fertility and Sterility." His research interests include ovulation induction, embryology and andrology, and the cost effectiveness of ovulation inductive protocols. He is concerned about helping couples find the most efficient and economical process of conception.
"Having experienced infertility treatment with my wife, I have an understanding of the many stresses associated with being an 'infertile couple' ", Dr Moffitt says. "When people see a doctor for help, they want answers and solutions, not questions and problems. I want them to know that I have time for their questions, that we'll work together as partners in search of solutions, and that all of us at ARMS work hard to provide the most appropriate, cost-effective care possible."
