Dr. Gulati is a board certified reproductive endocrinologist. Most recently she was the Co-Director of the West Essex Center for Advanced Reproductive Endocrinology. She completed a six year accelerated B.S./M.D. program. She graduated cum laude with a B.S. degree in Biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York and subsequently obtained her medical degree from Albany Medical School. She then did her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia and her fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington, Connecticut. During this intensive training, she focused on advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery, microsurgical techniques, hormonal therapies, as well as advanced reproductive technologies. In addition, Dr. Gulati pursued basic science research in the field, most notably in the area of cellular apoptosis (programmed death). She has published numerous scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals.
Along with the Advanced Reproductive Technologies, Dr. Gulati's special interests include menopause, adolescent gynecology, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and recurrent pregnancy loss therapies, as well as advanced reproductive technologies. She has published numerous scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Gulati maintains active staff privileges in the Ob/Gyn Departments at St. Barnabas Medical Center (Livingston, NJ) and at Morristown Memorial Hospital (Morristown, NJ).
