Diplomate, American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology; Fellow, American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology; Member, American Society for Reproductive Medicine, Society of Reproductive Surgeons, American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, Pacific Coast Fertility Society. Dr. Steven Taylor is a former member of the faculty of the Tulane University Medical School. While there, he developed an infertility microsurgery program. At The Fertility Institute, Dr. Taylor performed some of the first laser surgery in the South. He has special interest in treatment of endometriosis and uterine fibroids.
