Dr. Singh is a specialist in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Singh graduated from New York Medical School and did Fellowships in Reproductive Surgery and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Singh has been Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 1999. Dr Singh has received several awards including; Faculty Scholar-Upstate Medical University, National Faculty Award for Excellence in Resident Education, and Outstanding Resident Laparoscopist (AAGL).

Dr. Singh is a member of American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, American Society of Reproductive Medicine, Society of Reproductive Endocrinologists, and Society of Reproductive Surgeons.
